Dunmoor Homes is addressing a pressing need â help Credit-Impaired families into a home under a lease option, work with a lender, credit repair specialist and learn about personal budgeting/responsibility.
Bill Moorhead, company co-founder, says, "We have helped over 50 credit-impaired families purchase homes through the years. We are very excited to now take it a step further. We are going to help families learn how to budget their finances and make smart decisions in the future. Most of these families have never learned how to understand the relationship between earnings, withholdings, fixed payments, variable expenses and savings. Many of these families were put in a position to fail but we plan on putting them in a position to succeed."
